The Sahara Casino and Resort to Re-open
Good news from Las Vegas this week as the management group that owns the Sahara casino and resort announced that they will be reopening the venerated venue. Once the toast of the town, the Sahara casino closed down in May with its owners citing the economic downturn as the main cause for its closure. However, the ownership group has recently received an injection of cash from a San Francisco venture capital company and not only will re-open the celebrated landmark but will also undertake an extensive renovation.
