European Blackjack

Regular blackjack and European Blackjack are very similar: The objective of Blackjack is for a Player to come as close to 21 without going over, while still having a higher total than the Dealer.

The one big difference is the fact that the dealer must hit on soft 17. Also, you can only double down on two-card combos of nine to 11.

Face-Up 21

This version of Blackjack is exactly as it sounds, all the cards are face up. Obviously being able to see both the dealer’s cards has its advantages but keep in mind there are other differences that balance out your odds of winning: Face-Up 21 is played with 8 decks not 6. Blackjack pays even money. Dealer wins all ties except "Blackjack."

Pontoon

Pontoon is pretty different from standard Blackjack for one reason, besides having "Blackjack" the way you reach your final score can break ties. What we mean by that is the third-best hand in Pontoon is a three or four-card 21, the second best is what’s called a five-card trick: If you get any five-card total without going over you can beat anything besides Blackjack. How unique is that?

Match-Play 21

Also known as Spanish 21, there are four huge differences in this game: The game is played with eight decks and all the decks have all the 10s removed. A player may double down any number of cards but only once. Certain combinations of cards result in higher payouts -- for example: Come up with three suited 7s and you get paid 40 to 1!).

Super 21

Couple of cool rules with this version of Blackjack: Blackjack pays even money. Player can double any number of cards. Player can hit and double down after splitting Aces and receiving a card. Player can automatically win the following hands: Any hand of 6 cards or more (except after Doubling). Any hand of 21 consisting of 5 cards or more (except after Doubling) pays 2-1. Any Blackjack (not including Split hands). Blackjack with 2 diamonds pays 2-1.
