As such Francis has named Wynn in a counter lawsuit in which he is claiming millions of dollars in punitive damages.

So ultimately the saga of the unpaid porn proceeds will no doubt continue for some time and the children of many lawyers will go to Ivy League schools as a result. What remains to be seen is whether Francis will ever pay up, and if he does will he ever be allowed back on a Wynn property?
