Play Your Fave Casino Games at the Mall?

There's a bit of a debate going down in Maryland. Nope, not about the Terrapins or Baltimore Ravens, this debate is about gaming.
Where the debate has arisen is Anne Arundel County mall would like to offer a little bit of gaming bliss to its residents in the form of a casino.
Although it sounds like fun to us it has sparked some controversy in the county. One Baltimore Sun columnist says he, "Dreads the thought of scores of gamblers leaving the casino and descending on the mall."
What to spend money?
He goes on to say the regular stuff uneducated gamers say: It will bring criminals and spark crime, as if malls have always been places where crime never goes down.
What those against a mall casino don't realize is gaming hasn't been a hotbed for the crooked since the 60s. Today, you can game online (with the Bodog Casino of course), and you can game from your cellphone (with Bodog Mobile of course), gaming is just another form of entertainment. No more a hotbed for crazy people than an Ed Hardy store.
And imagine the perks of having a gaming facility in a mall?
West Edmonton Mall has its own "Palace Casino" and we're sure the people who visit love being able to play some games, win some money then head into the mall to see what their winnings can buy. It's also nice to have a full food court to eat at considering some casinos only offer bad coffee and a hotdog.
We are entering a world where people don't have to leave their homes for gaming, shopping, and meeting people. It's only natural malls and casinos do their best to offer everything the internet can offer to make leaving home more appealing.
We implore the peeps in Maryland to check out the other malls with casinos before rushing to judgment. Gaming is as much a form of entertainment as Jersey Shore, and deserves to be enjoyed just as much.
